Booking Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS
To save the booking, the tenant must return the booking request.
with a payment of 25% of the total rent of € 12 booking fee + cancellation insurance optional
No booking fee for weekend packages.
- The rent: two checks for deposits will be requested. An initial check of € 300 deposit which guarantees all damages that may be pins is in the mobile home. A second check for 50 € are the costs of cleaning fee. Both deposit check will be returned on check out after inspection.
TERMS
- Our rates include: rental, location for a vehicle (extra set), gas, water and electricity.
- The Pets (dogs except categories 1 and 2, and cats) are allowed in the rentals for an additional charge (maximum one animal), if the rules hygiene are respected. They should never be left alone or near the lease. They must be leashed, tattooed, vaccinated. The vaccination is mandatory.
- Upon receipt of the application printed booking form and deposit, confirmation will be sent back, accompanied by a duplicate the reservation request by contract, and only subject to availability of rental or location.
The balance of the rent is paid 15 days before your arrival. The remainder, once settled, you will receive an invoice paid. Holiday vouchers are accepted.
Rates include all taxes to 5.5% VAT, excluding tourist tax (in 2009, 0.50 per day per person from 18 years).
- LOCATION MOBILE HOME: Minimum one week in July and August, from Saturday 16 pm to Saturday 10 pm The starting inventory will not be asked before 7 am 30 and after 10 am on Saturday morning by appointment and availability schedules.
- LOCATION: On the night from 14 pm to 12 pm (except from 01/08/10 to 22/08/10 Minimum one week from Sunday to Sunday).
-NETTOYAGE rental is charged to the tenant. End of the stay, the assembly must be returned completely clean. Otherwise, a € 100 for cleaning is required. The pads are essential washed by the campsite. In exceptional cases of soiling or staining,
$ 5 per netting is required.
- The booking is effective only after a deposit and send a confirmation letter signed by the manager of the campsite.
- Any modification of the original contract (duration, identity, number of occupants, etc..) Cause its cancellation. In case of misrepresentation, this contract will be automatically terminated and payments will remain the campsite.
- The delay after a period of 48 hours of the date and time of arrival, no new tenant, the location, the mobile home is rented,
The deposit being retained as compensation. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, an amount equal to 25% of the stay, and that the booking fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full price of the stay will remain
acquired at the campsite. An early departure or late arrival will not be refunded. The booking fee will definitively acquired.
- Cancellation Insurrance : 2 € per day or 10 € for 7 days, it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance with the conditions defined below:
• The amount is payable in full and only when booking. It is added to the deposit and for registrants to stay.
• To be eligible, the cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days after the event causing
cancellation. The complete list of grounds covered by this warranty is stated below. All cancellation requests must be accompanied
evidence of accurate and compelling.
• The cancellation insurance provides reimbursement for rental of the contract price if the cancellation occurs between the booking date and the date of arrival
camping, for an event not known or unpredictable when booking. Are not reimbursed: cancellation insurance + booking fee.
Events covered by cancellation insurance are (full list):
1 - Death, hospitalization or illness of yourself, your spouse, your parents, children, brothers and sisters.
2 - Dismissal of yourself or your spouse.
3 - Removal following a job transfer.
4 - Damage to your principal residence due to fire, water damage, damage to property resulting from theft or vandalism, storm,
natural disasters. The cancellation insurance stops such effects at the beginning of the tenancy and can not intervene if one of the events listed above
occurred during the stay.
RESPONSABILITY OF THE CAMPING
Responsability of the camping is not liable for any theft, loss or damage of any kind (or other vehicle) during or following a stay, as well as
failure or decommissioning of technical equipment. For your personal security (theft, damage) or damage incurred by you in rentals,
it is essential to ask your insurer to extend your holiday comprehensive home. Children must be supervised by their
parents.
ACCES SWIMMING POOL
Access for people dressed in bathing trunks strictly reserved. Shorts and pants allowed.
VEHICLE
Only one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in the parking lot inside or outside the campsite.
VISITOR
Called after the host agreement. The visitor must leave the camp before 21h. He has the right to use the toilets and playground ... (except swimming).
NOISE OR NUISANCE
Officials will be evicted without refund.
