Sea bathing in Deauville
Just a few metres from the beach, the Bains de Mer Establishment is unique among its kind. It was built in 1923 by Charles Adda, one of the leading architects of that time. With its atrium, pools, galleries and mosaics, it echoes the baths of ancient Pompeii even if the beach huts, showers, baths, sun loungers, Lilos and parasols available to hire are resolutely modern.
